Today’s in my Kitchen

Cream is a dairy product composed of the butter fat layer skimmed from the top of milk ( before homogenization. In UN-homogenized milk, ( दुधाची साई  ) the fat, which is less dense, will eventually rise to the top.

Collect daily to daily Milk fat
  • just boil full fat milk and
  •
  •  keep whole night in fridge
  •
  •  next morning you will get fat layer on top.

We always collect this fresh cream layer for making  मलाई केक /Malai cake , ghee & to add rich paneer curries..
