Ghee Residue Halwa Recipe

Ghee Residue Halwa Recipe /Clarified Butter Residue/ Ghee residue/ Milk solid/ is a brownish colored berries. This brownish byproduct is very rich in protein. The Residue also  used for Scrub/massage to moisturize the skin.  This Berries halwa taste so beautiful also easy to make without Ghee Residue (* tips)

I always  use Ghee Residue to make crispy Roti, parathas ,carrot halwa, dudhi halwa and cakes. 

Ingredients:

Ghee residue – 1 /2 Cup

Sugar       – 2 tbsp

wheat flour- 2 tbsp

Cardamom – 1

Method:

Take vessel in which you prepare ghee. There will be 2-3 table spoon ghee residue.

Add wheat flour and roast in ghee residue till golden in colour.

Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix nicely.

Ghee Residue Halwa is ready.

Tips:

You can use paneer and butter instead of ghee residue. 4 tbsp paneer with 1/2 tbsp butter.
