We always make beans curry, subji, thoran try this simple prepared  Healthy Crunchy sauteed Green Beans Recipe.

It is Gluten free Recipes ready within 15 minute. Easy and Everyone’s favourite.  My kids loves this crunchy beans in tiffin box. You can roast or bake or cook this beanse with combinations of garlic, mashroom etcc . This is perfect menu for  diet / kito diet too..

Healthy Crunchy Green Beans Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm (fresh or frozen) green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp coconut /olive/butter /any Oil
  • 1 /2 tsp mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • salt

Method

  • Melt the butter in a large, heavy skillet over medium high heat.
  • Whisk in half of the fresh Garlic , mustard and salt into the butter.

    Add the beans to the skillet and toss in high flame continuously , about 4 minutes.

  • Sprinkle 2 tab of water.
  • Close Lid and cook 5 min.
  • Tada…Ready Transfer to a serving bowl.
  • Sprinkle some butter toasted walnuts or  almonds to make it healthy  .(optional)

TIPS FOR MAKING SAUTÉED GREEN BEANS

  • You can boiled beans in half a cup of water before sautee also use   oregano, cayenne, or thyme.
  • Garlic green beans work well with sautéed onions, mushrooms, sliced toasted walnuts , almonds, white wine, lemon juice, or a  cheese..
  • You can add  garlic powder if fresh garlic not available.
  •  Kids, toddlers enjoy this Healthy Crunchy Green Beans.
