Healthy Mayonnaise Recipe

Healthy Mayonnaise is simple sauce / dips made with oil, garlic, lemon and eggs. Mayo is thick , creamy sauce is everyone favorite in my family.always love to make   Homemade Mayonnaise , its tastes  much better than the  store brought ones. 
I like to use fresh homemade healthy Mayonnaise recipe in  preparation of kids favorites dishes  like  zingy parcel , veg mayo salad , burgers, sandwiches etc.This is simple healthy Mayonnaise recipe with minimum ingredients you can double the ingredient to make double in quantity. make this simple fresh mayonnaise at home and keep it air tight container in fridge.

Ingredients:
Garlic – 1 big  cloves

 

Egg Yolk – from 1 large egg
Any Oil Except Coconut oil  – 1 /2 cup  
Salt –  1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Water – 1/2  tblspn
Coriander leaves (Optional) 
Method:
Crushed Garlic .
Crushed Mustered and make mustered  powder with whole mustered and remove out layer.  
Separate egg yolk & (no egg whites please) . Take egg yolk in blener / mixi Jar , add Lemon juice, salt, water, mustard powder and blend  for 30 TO 40  sec. Now it ‘s  turned into little frothy.
Now add in 2 Tbsp of the oil and blend it for 30 seconds.By this time it must have turned little thick.
Add in 2 tbsp of oil again and blend now  its texture  little more thick. 
Now add in the remaining oil and blend for 30 more seconds.
 Now you find the mayo to be thick and creamy.
Minced garlic , coriander leaves  add in healthy Mayonnaise recipe  to make more tasty. 
Notes:

Use the small jar from your blender. Big jars wont work.can make this mayo without blender.
Only egg yolks should be used.
Coriander leaves is totally optional
