Healthy wholewheat Carrot Cake Recipe

Method (Healthy wholewheat Carrot Cake Recipe)

11/2 – Cup Atta / Wwf
1 tspBaking soda
1 1/2 tbspBaking powder
3/4 cups sugar
3 Eggs (at room temp)
3/4 cups Sunflower /vegetable oil
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder   1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

1 1/2 cups grated carrots
1/4 cup white Or dark Chocochips
2 tbsp Raisins

Method
Preheat your oven to 180 C and Grease baking tin with  parchment paper or butter.
Sift together the flour, Cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder  4 to 5 times and  Keep aside.  
Whisk together the oil, sugar  , eggs and vanilla extract . 
Now add above sifted flours , until combined. (no not over mix)  
Fold in the carrots , raising & chocochip 
Pour batter into grease pan and bake at 180 C/ 350 F for 45-48 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.

 

Cool for 10 minutes in pan , and then remove from pan .

Enjoy moist, healthy & delicious carrot cake   with glass of milk.
