Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

1 Cup Sabudana/tapioca pearls
½ Cup Peanuts Roasted and crushed
2 Green Chili chopped
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
½ Tsp sugar (Optional)
1 Tbsp Pure Ghee (clarified butter)
Salt

Method
1) Wash Sabudana in 3-4 times.
And drain the water add around 3/4 a cup of water and soaked overnight.
2) After 6 to 8 hours sabudana soaked in water nicely.
4) Coarsly grind roasted peanuts and green chilli in grinder.
5) Take ghee/ oil in a frying pan on medium heat
6) Add Cumin seeds let it crackle.
7) Add coarsly grinded pranuts and green chili.

8) Once green chili and peanuts get brown then
Add Sabudana and salt.
9) Sprinkle 2 tbsp water or milk and mix well
11) Add sugar (Optional)
