Sabudana Khichdi Recipe
 Sabudana Khichdi Recipe are tossed together with Pure ghee and roasted peanuts . Ghee is key ingredients to make it more delicious.  Kids or old everyone  love Sabudana khichdi . There are variety of style to make khichadi, for adding nuts or potatos.
 Here is   Step by step pictorial recipe on how to make non- sticky sabudana khichdi.
 Sabudana Khichdi Recipe

Ingredients( Sabudana Khichdi Recipe)
1 Cup Sabudana/tapioca pearls
½ Cup Peanuts Roasted and crushed
2 Green Chili  chopped
1 Tbsp Cumin Seeds
½ Tsp sugar (Optional)
1 Tbsp Pure Ghee (clarified butter)


1) Wash Sabudana in 3-4 times.
And drain the water add around 3/4 a cup of water and soaked overnight.
2) After 6 to 8 hours sabudana soaked in water nicely.


3) Roast the peanuts.

4) Coarsly grind roasted peanuts and green chilli in grinder. 


5) Take ghee/ oil in a frying pan on medium heat

6)  Add Cumin seeds let it crackle.

7)  Add coarsly grinded pranuts and green chili.

8)  Once green chili and peanuts get brown then 
Add Sabudana and  salt.

9) Sprinkle 2 tbsp water or milk and mix well 

 10) Now  cover and cook 5 min .


11) Add sugar (Optional)

 12) Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve.


Serve hot with peanuts curry or with jirke in vrat, fasting or as breakfast & snacks.


If khichdi  color changed into transparent that means khichdi cooked perfect.
