Spinach Noodles Recipe

Spinach Noodles Recipe  is quick , easy and  healthy family meal.

Spinach/ Palak / Cheera  is a super food loaded with tons of nutrients also   provide protein, vitamins & Minerals


  • 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 packet (200 gm)  egg noodles
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup cabbage (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Paneer / Cottage cheese
  • Salt
  • Chili flakes
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger (Finely Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (Finely Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil


  • Add boiling water to a pan, bring back to the boil, put in the noodles.
  • Leave off the heat for 4 mins, stirring occasionally, to rehydrate.
  • Drain off water and put the noodles in a bowl.

  • Wash and finely chopped veggies

  • Cut paneer in cubes and fry in a Pan
  • Heat a small frying pan, add the sesame seeds and toast them for a few seconds until golden.
  • Add finely chopped ginger-garlic

  • Add onion and fry in high flame for a second.

  • Add  spinach, cabbage saute it

Spinach Noodles Recipe

Now Put drained Noodles and mix it on medium-high flame.

Serve Spinach Noodles Recipe with pan-fried fish and salad.
