  1. Method(white chocolate cake)
  2. 3 eggs
  3.  3/4 cup granulated sugar
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 3/4 cup chopped white chocolate (white chocochip)
  6.  ¾ cup milk
  7.  6 tbsp unsalted butter
  8.  1 ½ Maida (All purpose flour)
  9. 1 ½ tsp baking powder
  10. ½ tsp salt
  1. Preheat oven to 160 ℃ or 325 ℃ . Grease an 8 inch square pan with butter , dust with flour and line the bottom with parchment .
  2. In a saucepan , heat chopped white chocolate ,  butter and milk together until the chocolate n butter have melted. Keep warm.
  3. Whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder . Keep aside.
  4. Whisk, whip the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until triple in volume and pale in colour .
  5. Add the flour mixture and beat on low until combined.
  6. Add the chocolate-butter-milk mixture and beat until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan .
  8. Bake for 45 to 48 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out dry. The top will be golden brown and edges will be coming away from the sides.
  9. Cool in pan for ten minutes and gently unmould. Cool completely.


  1. This cake can be stored in an airtight container for 2 or 3 days.
  2. Make sure your pan is at least 2.5 inches high.
  3. This cake might be too sweet you can reduce the quantity of sugar.
